This thesis focuses on defining concepts of creativity and innovation in business context. It analyzes methods which may lead to enhancement of creativity in order to increase value of business for customer as well as to develop the business itself. This work also includes real application of selected methods on management of cafe Dobra zastavka in Brno, Czech Republic.

Name of thesis: Diagnostic and therapeutic ways of visualization methods in occupational therapy. Use of art therapy and the KAWA model. The aim: The aim of the theses is to compare both visual conceptions - art therapy and the Kawa model - on the theme of a river, to check possibilities and risks of the use of both techniques in occupational therapy on the territory of the Czech Republic, and to try joining these two concepts into the one therapeutic method. Methods: The theoretical part deals with the dynamics of the psyche and other performance determinants, theoretical background of methods, their use and the explanation of semiotics and psychological symbolism. The practical part presents case interpretations of several people with different diagnosis in order to verify the applicability of both methods in praxes as well as the suitability to connect them to a common concept of work with a patient. Results: I found out that art therapy with its river theme and the Kawa model are deeply connected throughout the dynamics of the psyche. Art therapy offers more options to look for behaviour motives, the Kawa model is well applied even without a deep knowledge of symbolism and therefore can be well comprehensible. Jitka Sýkorová Title: The Use of Craft and Creative Arts in Occupational Therapy Abstract: The bachelor thesis addresses the topic of Arts and Crafts in occupational therapy. Arts and Craft are linked with the profession from its beginnings. Craft activities were one of the first meaningful occupations the occupational therapists ever used in their work. These activities were also the first occupations expertly analyzed by occupational therapists. As the society evolved, the role of arts and crafts in occupational therapy changed. Today, the use of Arts and Crafts in therapy is a controversial topic that divides occupational therapists. Some see Arts and Crafts only as a historical part of the profession, outdated and anachronistic, and refuse to use them in their work. Others feel their potential and try to find ways of purposefully including them in their patients' rehabilitation plans. The bachelor thesis presents a view of Arts and Crafts as a therapeutic tool. It charts the inclusion of these activities in the history of the profession and describes the current situation. Creativity in non-profit organization

The essence of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the level of creativity in selected non-profit organization. Furthermore, it is the application of creative techniques in order to find options for potential improvement of existing activities of the organization. The methodical part defines the objectives, methods and respondents of the thesis. The theoretical part explains terms related to the topic, mainly focuses on creativity of the individual, the team and the whole organization, and also on the creative techniques. Then briefly describes the issue of non-profit organization. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge of the first part. First is presented selected non-profit organization, which is also the subject of research. The subsequent own research is based on qualitative research in the form of individual interview and group sessions. The evaluation of the progress and results is also included. The thesis is concluded by suggestions and recommendations for the non-profit organization.

The main essence of this bachelor's thesis lies in the comparison of selected non-profit organizations and their approach to creativity and innovations. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of therms -- especially in the individual creativity, team creativity, creativity of the organization itself, creative methods and innovations. It is followed by a practical part, which is based on a questionnaire survey, which shows creative and innovative the organizations are. After evaluation questionnaires and evaluate the hypotheses are listed at the end of thesis proposals and recommendations for individual non-profit organizations.
